ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-18,
the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned :
- in perfect condition
- unworn
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
Any product returned worn, used, or damaged will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transport after shipment.
In case of damaged parcels, the customer must report reservations to the carrier.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
